The challenge

Johnny Zino built a beloved car-accessories business in Lebanon, then left the country for more than 20 years. When he came back to relaunch it, the market had changed, a new generation had grown up, and the reputation that once drove foot traffic had faded from everyday conversation. The challenge was rare and delicate: reignite old loyalty while earning the trust of an audience that had never met him.

The approach

We built the comeback on storytelling — the returning legend, the decades of expertise, the reason a name still means something. We engineered the narrative to work on both audiences at once: nostalgia and reassurance for returning clients, credibility and warmth for new ones. Every piece of content reinforced why Johnny Stores is the place to buy, and why the person behind the counter is worth trusting.

A twenty-year absence turned into a comeback story — and roughly 20 to 30 customers a day walking through the door.

The results

The storytelling strategy rebuilt the reputation and, with it, the customer base. Because the sales funnel runs on in-person selling, the estimated footfall tells the story: roughly 20 to 30 customers a day, a mix of returning loyalists and new, trusting buyers. Johnny Stores didn't just reopen — it reclaimed its place.

What we delivered
